We are always making sure that our products are of the highest quality possible and it is very important to us to deliver the freshest fish and shellfish possible to your door. We trust our Seabird system to carry out that mission and the satisfaction of our customers has been the proof that it is working very well.
For a few weeks we have been working backstage to introduce new products to our online shop, including fresh lobster. Sending fresh live lobster by courier was a first for us and we were keen to test a delivery, to make sure that out customers would receive their lobster fresh and alive.
We asked the talented Karen, from the blog Lavender and Lovage, to test our lobster and include it in a recipe of her choice. She prepared a mouth-watering Lobster Newberg with a lighter version of the sauce.
