This month we are supplying George Egg with one fish a day, for each of his shows as part of the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Almost every day of August, George Egg will be performing at the Gilded Balloon.
Finding himself unsatisfied by takeaways or room service, George decided to take the matter into his own hands. Mixing comedy and culinary prowess, George cooks a three-course meal with the equipment that you would normally find in a hotel room.
We are providing fresh sea bream or sea bass for each of the main courses prepared in the shows and we are pleased to be part of this adventure by supplying the star of the meal!
