Seafood week is kicking off tomorrow!
Just like last year, we are taking part in Seafood Week by sharing our favourite recipes and tips all week long, so you can never run out of inspiration to enjoy fish and seafood.
Fish and seafood are such as essential part of our diet. It is recommended to eat at least two portions of fish per week, including a portion of oily fish (such as salmon, mackerel, tuna. etc). Oily fish is rich is omega-3 fatty acids, which can help keep your heart healthy. But all fish and shellfish can be part of a healthy diet!
